Serving Suggestions
Add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to a cup of milk. Mix in sweeteners, superfoods, and spices of choice and leave overnight in the fridge for the liquid to soak up the seeds. In the morning, add some flaked almonds and fresh berries and your overnight chia pudding is good-to-go!
