Quality Management

We provide a pro-active approach to the management of food safety, legality and quality. Hence, adequate resources have been provided to ensure continual improvement in our operations. 

All our processes are bespoke and have been designed and implemented with quality as an integral part of the whole operation. 

The foundation of our quality assurance plan is based on a robust HACCP system, which was put together by a crack team of experienced food industry professionals within the company. 

Our Technical / QA department is made up of a team of 5 staff who are involved in the day-to-day running of the quality and hygiene systems, ensuring our products’ integrity are not compromised in any way. This monitoring starts right from raw material origin to finished products coming off our lines. 

As a company, we are fully committed to excellence in all our operations, which has lead to gaining and maintaining a “Grade A” accreditation in “BRC Global Standard” over the years. 

We are also licensed by Soil Association and Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) to produce organic food.

GM Statement

Our policy is to ensure that the cereal products that we supply do not contain or consist of genetically modified organisms or any of its derivatives.

We are certificated members of the Soil Association, and support the views expressed by the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), that genetic engineering and genetically modified organisms have no place in organic food production and this extends also to our non-organic products.

The company accepts its responsibility and will provide adequate resources to ensure adherence to the policy.
