Healthy Muesli


Natural Muesli (sugar, lactose & salt free) is one of the worlds best all round foods. 
Eaten with fresh fruit, yoghurt and your choice of milk (cows, soya, etc) it can provide a multitude the body’s daily-required nutrients in one meal. 
Let’s break it down: 

- Whole grains such as oats, wheat, barley & buckwheat are high in fibre, complex carbohydrates for energy and low in fat 

- Dried fruits are high in fibre, antioxidants, iron, potassium and selenium and great for quick energy

- Nuts are high in protein, magnesium, manganese, fibre & zinc. Each individual nut has it’s own nutritional value. Try them all! 

- Seed nutrients vary from one seed to another, but all seeds are good sources of protein, minerals, some vitamins and unsaturated fats. Most seeds are rich in phosphorus and are a great source of essential fatty acids.

Take these ingredients and top them with some fresh fruit for that extra boost of vitamins and you’re on to a winner.
